Techno ply

TECHNO Ply is a highly densified grade film faced shuttering plywood from Mutha and Rathod. It gives approximately 600% higher repetitions and exclusive finishing. (Foam finish in de-shuttering of formworks) Techno Ply is more commonly advised in construction companies which require study formwork & high repetitions with heavy concreting.

Exclusive Features of Techno Ply

  • 50% greater layers of timber veneers, for higher load carrying capacity.
  • Higher nail & screw holding capacity because of higher density.
  • Nearly 6 times longer life than the regular FF shuttering plywoods.
  • 250% higher retention of bonding resins makes the whole ply monolithis i.e. solid shuttering plate.
  • Higher phenol resin bonding, above 200 degree Celsius temperature during pressing & pressure of 2400 PSI assures that nothing better can be offered on the planet in this pricing.
  • Techno Ply shuttering plywood is immune to weather & moisture change and is chemically inert. Thus it can be stored over longer periods nor does it lead to swelling or warping as regular shuttering plywoods.
  • Special chemical treatment of veneers ascertain higher resistance to borer & micro-organism thus resulting in longer life.
  • Heavy & thick slabs & walls formworks if made in Techno Ply, it gives sturdiness, prevents bulking as well as gives maximum repetitions for economy in shuttering costs.

In addition, here are the benefits of high density film faced shuttering plywoods.

  • Excellent finishing in de-shuttering impresses clients.
  • Moving with the cutting edge technology of the world’s best product.
  • Higher repetitions & less indenting leads to time & resources saving & higher accountability of product at project sites.
  • Eco-friendly product as basic raw material is used from plantation timbers.
  • High fire retardant quality makes it a must use for places where fire protection is essential.

Techno Ply shuttering plywood is available in thickness from 9 mm to 30 mm. Sheet size 2.44 Mts. X 1.22 Mts. (0.9 cm x 3.0 cm & size 8’ x 4’). Most widely used is 12 mm & 18 mm i.e. 1.2 cm & 1.8 cm.

i.e. 0.9 cm to 3.0 cm & sizes 8’ x 4’. Most widely used is 12 mm on 1.2 cm thick.
