GOLDPLY is a premium quality boiling waterproof shuttering plywood that conforms to I.S. 4990. GOLDPLY has been developed after extensive research and feedback from our clients. GOLDPLY is a specialized shuttering plywood that provides excellent qualities at a reasonable price.

Here is the construction procedure and properties of our GOLDPLY shuttering plywood:

• Selected timber species: The raw materials are prepared from imported & selected timber species, which are a combination of hardwoods and medium density woods, to give a long life to the shuttering plywood.
• Long Panel Cores: Long cores of maximum length are used to give sturdiness and more rigidity to plywood increasing its strength against bulking and also remains steady during workability and use.
• Garjan face veneers of greater thickness: Garjan timbers are imported from Burma and Malaysia and is the best suitable face veneers for plywood being used by all leading plywood manufacturers in India and the world. Garjan has natural property of non-porosity, higher resistance to wear and tear and is chemically inactive. This makes water & cement slurry ineffective on the plywood.
• Seasoning and Chemical Treatment: The timber cores are seasoned to minimum moisture contents and then treated with specific chemicals to prevent any attacks by borers or other biological products. This gives longer life to plywood.
• 100% Phenyl Bonded (Phenyl Formaldehyde): Phenyl of higher grade is used for bonding the plywood. Phenyl is 100% waterproof compound. This makes the plywood into a homogenous sheet and thus gives higher repetition for use in shuttering. This leads to economy in long term and thus bringing down the shuttering costs for our clients.
• Hot Pressed: The plywood are hot pressed under strict control of temperature and pressures for total quality consciousness.
  

The above properties have been ideally combined to make GOLDPLY an excellent and long term economical product, best useful for concrete shuttering. Supplies can be made in truck loads (at discounted price) or even in LCV loads to your various projects anywhere.

Available in standard thickness from 9 mm to 30 mm & sizes 2.44 Mts. X 1.22 Mts.

i.e. 0.9 cm to 3.0 cm & sizes 8’ x 4’. Most widely used is 12 mm on 1.2 cm thick.

GOLDPLY Film Faced:This is the same product as GOLDPLY in addition to a phynolic film coat on both sides of the plywood faces.
